Our eGECKO software was launched in 2006 - 22 years after CSS was founded. Since then, the number of our employees and customers has multiplied. We will continue this growth for the benefit of our users.

Takeover of evidanza GmbH

The CSS group acquires 100 percent of the evidanza GmbH. Evidanza offers software solutions to optimize business models (digital management). With that the CSS offers a complete software for commecial corporate management and is the inovative solution for business inteligence, corporate planning and corporate bussiness management.

Thanks to evidanzas cloud based data integration platform it is possible to integrate eGECKO fast and flexible into every standart ERP and production solution. In this area evidanza delivers a longtime consulting experience as well as about 200 existing customers.

New CEO and expansion of eGECKO as SaaS

historie-2022-robert-lindnerRobert Lindner becomes the new CEO of CSS AG in November 2022. He succeeds Michael Friemel, who moves to the supervisory board as chairman.

The foundation for further growth is laid

The international investment manager Carlyle announced the acquisition of a majority stake in CSS AG. CEO Michael Friemel retains a minority stake of 25 per cent in CSS and continues to lead the company as CEO.

Soon, 300 people will work for CSS to further develop eGECKO, support users and provide training. And the move to the new company headquarters is scheduled for 2023. It will be called "Workspace", will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer space for various forms of cooperative work.
