CSS is a software company managed by its owners. Subject of the company is the development, production and distribution of software, trading with hardware, EDP accessories and all related products as well as organisational consulting.

Customer data, employee data as well as data of suppliers insofar as such are required to fulfil the purposes stated under 5. Upon request we are happy to inform you by which automated process and at which company your data has been possibly stored and which data is concerned.

Public sector entities in case of preferential legal regulations, external contractors according to Sec. 11 BDSG as well as external agencies and departments of the CSS companies in order to fulfil the purposes stated under 5.
9. Indicative Time Limits for the Deletion of the Data
The legislator has imposed diverse obligations to preserve and time limits for preservation. After expiry of such time limits, the corresponding data will be deleted as a matter of routine. Insofar as data is not affected by this, it will be deleted once the purposes stated under 5. have become obsolete.

A transfer to third countries is not intended.
