After job planning, you design and publish your ads on relevant platforms such as well-known job exchanges, your own website or on Facebook & Co. Incoming applications undergo a virus scan in the One-Click-Recruiter and are automatically imported into eGECKO Applicant Management afterwards. Each applicant gets his own 'digital file', including his data and attachments, which can be managed conveniently and paper-free in your company. From this file, you can carry out any correspondence with the applicant or assign tasks to the employees. If an applicant becomes employee, his data can be changed over very easily.
